About Hailey

I was raised on the east side of Cheyenne where I raced four wheelers, rode horses, and spent my days outside. To this day, I love the outdoors and appreciate that Wyoming continues to provide opportunities to engage in many adventures. I attended college at the University of Wyoming where I graduated with an English degree and a minor in Professional Writing. When my mother became a Wyoming real estate agent, I helped her as an office manager and used my professional writing skills as her real estate assistant. Eventually, I decided I could do more if I had my own real estate license with the goal of continuing to assist my mother. It became clear when my siblings also joined that we were establishing the start of a family team, the Riedel Team.

As a real estate agent, I want to be someone who gives others the opportunity to find a community; one who gives them the same opportunities that I had growing up. I truly enjoy the interactions between agents, homeowners, and clients. After working in real estate for over 4 years now, I have learned that it is more than just a transaction, it is about developing a relationship with the people you meet that will last a lifetime. I continue to reinforce that it’s not only the expertise of a real estate agent that makes me successful, but the drive to become my clients’ resource for years to come.
