Hello, from beautiful Cheyenne, Wyoming and WELCOME HOME!

I am Sara K Smith, REALTOR®, wife to Dustin, & mom to Sterling and Sawyer. We are constantly enjoying life whether at home with our horses and dogs, heading to the next sports event the kids are in or doing anything pertaining to this awesome career path!  6 years ago I made the decision to pursue a lifelong dream of becoming a REALTOR®, which has not only allowed me to establish a reputation as a well-respected agent but also as an investor in real estate myself, while excelling in Cheyenne’s competitive market.

I have a love and passion for horses which has led me to my love and passion for homes as well.

When I was a child my family lived in town. My parents managed to get me a horse but because we lived in town we had to keep her at the local saddle club. One of my dreams was to one day look out my window and have my horses home. I am finally able to do that and it is one of the best parts of my life.

Since moving to Cheyenne in 2003 I have realized that Cheyenne is much like the small town I grew up in and that is one reason why I absolutely love living here.  I have watched Cheyenne grow and evolve over the years yet maintain good values and a wonderful atmosphere for raising a family and truly enjoying life all while being close to the Colorado Front Range and DIA.
