Cynthia has served as Cheyenne Board of REALTOR Director and is Past-President of the Cheyenne MLS, past SE DVP and past President of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS. She currently serves as Ombudsman and mediator for the Wyoming Association of REALTOR. She was the Cheyenne Board of REALTOR REALTO of the year for 2007 and 2010 and State REALTOR of the year in 2010.

A real estate professional since 1990, Cynthia is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI); and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). She is actively involved in the Children's Miracle Network and Friday Food Bag Foundation
Cynthia is married to Jim and has 4 children, Sean, Chris Lilly and Jude. She loves to read, cook, garden, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
