About Kim

Kim has spent her entire adult life in the real estate profession right here in Cheyenne. She got her real estate license at the age of 19 and never looked back. Along with her husband, Larry, they've enjoyed serving old friends and new at #1 PROPERTIES since 1984. Loving what they do and surrounding themselves with fabulous people has been the cornerstone of their success. Mentoring new licensees and showing them the way for over 35 years now is their favorite part of what they do. #1 PROPERTIES has been the top real estate brokerage in the area since its inception, built on great relationships. Bringing out the best in one another is their ultimate goal.

Kim was recognized as the REALTOR® of the Year for the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® in 2010, along with the brokerage receiving Business of the Year from both the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and the CBR. She also served under Governor Mead as a Commissioner on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for two terms; Kim notes this appointment was one of her proudest positions.

Along with the support of her husband, Larry, she serves on the Cheyenne Animal Shelter Board of Directors and the Cheyenne Animal Shelter Foundation Board, and currently serves on the Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors as well.
