Experience
Pat has been a full time REALTOR since 1990, licensed as an Associate Broker. She has worked with buyers and sellers of homes, rural properties, condos and investment properties. Pat specializes in getting her seller clients the maximum price possible from the sale of their properties, and in getting her buyer clients the very best value when they buy real estate. She especially enjoys assisting first time home buyers and military families who are relocating.

Education
Pat graduated from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts with a BA in English literature. Her continuing education in real estate goes far beyond the basic course requirements for licensing. Over her years in the business, she has continually added to her education and skills by completing numerous real estate courses and workshops.

Professional Affiliations
Pat is a member of the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS, the Wyoming Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. In addition to upholding a professional Code of Ethics, these associations make sure their members are kept up to date on the latest real estate legislation and other changes in the industry. Pat has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, a distinction granted to less than five percent of real estate professionals.

Hobbies
Pat enjoys downhill skiing, camping and water sports. She's been actively involved with local little theater for many years and is always happy to curl up with a good book.
