Certified Residential Specialist
(CRS) is the highest designation a residential REALTOR® can achieve. Designees must meet increased production levels. There are mandatory requirements and classes each REALTOR® must establish as a core body of knowledge. The most successful REALTOR® have embraced the concept of being a business within a business.

Graduate of the Realtors Institute
(GRI) is the first designation necessary to achieve the CRS designation. It, too is a series of educational classes, requires a certain level of production, and establishes the REALTOR® as sincere in her/his efforts to be above average in knowledge of the industry.
